HARBOR FIRST ALERT. AA Metals Inc is set to announce the recent purchase of the
former, and recently shuttered, JW Aluminum Williamsport facility.

AA Metals has acquired the Williamsport facility, formerly owned by JW Aluminum, who
closed the plant in January 2021. As reported by HARBOR in the fall of 2020, JW Aluminum
had planned to close the Williamsport facility due to plummeting aerospace demand. In a
company statement at that time, JW Aluminum indicated that the operation relied on the
aerospace market for roughly 50% of its shipment volume and that it wanted to focus on the
core markets of B&C, transportation and HVAC.

AA Metals plans to restart operations as early as Q4 2021. Per HARBOR estimates, the
plant has the capacity to cold roll close to 10 km ton per year (around 20M lbs. per year) of a
specific light gauge honeycomb structure material.

Williamsport will be operated as Chance Aluminum Corp, and will give AA Metals their
first production facility in North America.

AA Metals has operations in Colombia, Turkey, China and now the US;. The company is
executing on its strategy to be the “best and most dependable master distributor in North
America”.

Expansion and upgrades are on the table for the facility, as AA Metals has plans to
make it a state-of-the-art efficient aluminum rolling mill and allow AA Metals to increase
product capacity, expand market reach and diversify its operations.
