We, at AA Metals, strive to deliver the best customer experience and make doing business with us simple and efficient. With your help and feedback, we revamped our customer web portal so you can access and manage your information, orders, and records all in one place at your fingertips.
Our new customer portal is a comprehensive web-based, self-service order and record management platform hosted securely on our company’s website. We are excited to announce it will be available for use on Monday, February 6, 2023. You can access the portal from the top right Login button on AAmetals.com or by visiting https://portalus.aametals.com.
When logging in, you will notice all information is accessible in real time with our cloud-based ERP system and that there are many new customer friendly features to explore. To name a few exciting highlights of our new portal:
• Buy Metals – Full access to our real time inventory with comprehensive smart search functions, and a seamless online PO submitting process.
• Search and Download Records – Search and view all transaction records: orders, RFQ, BOL, MTR, Invoices etc. Fulfillment documents and invoices can be downloaded to your local devices as pdf. documents when needed.
• Manage “My Account” – View all your orders history, customize your company information, multiple users and/ or locations access, change password and send us quick feedback on your user experience.
