Donald Lawson is the Chief Financial Officer for AA Metals. In this role, Don is responsible for leading the company in the achievement of its overall growth, service and profitability goals.
Don has a wide-ranging professional background spanning 25 years and multiple functional experiences including general management, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering/R&D. His industry experiences include building products, consumer packaged goods, metals, plastics and pulp & paper manufacturing.
Don excels in strategic planning, building strong cross-functional teamwork and customer/supplier relationships. He enjoys solving complex problems within organizations and building platforms capable of sustainable growth.
Before joining AA Metals, Don was a VP with Omnimax International where he was responsible for procurement, supply chain, transportation and coating operations. Prior to that, he served in a variety of leadership roles with Trinidad-Benham, Novelis and Kimberly-Clark. Don holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Global Business – both from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA..
Ying Jiang serves as the Assistant to CEO, Vice President of Personnel and Public Relations and Corporate Secretary of AA Metals. Ying takes great pride in welcoming new members to the AA Metals family and facilitating their transition and growth within the Company. She strives to optimize corporate operational effectiveness with valuable talents, advanced IT, policy compliance and supportive administration. Ying values her role in developing, communicating, and enacting employment policies and has great respect for the trust that all members of AA Metals place in her.
Ying has successfully created and implemented training programs, and has extensive experience in managing employees and employment policy related issues in both the public and private sectors. Ying has been invited to speak about her experience in these areas at conferences and understands the importance of clear and effective communication.
Ying earned a bachelor of law degree from Soochow University, China, where she graduated near the top of her class, also has earned a Master of Law degree in Comparative Law from the University of Florida, College of Law. As a HR professional, Ying is certified as SHRM Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP). Ying is a devoted mother, wife, and daughter, and loves the personal and professional lifestyle that central Florida has to offer..
Patty Goodwill is the Vice President of Supply Chain for AA Metals, Inc. In her role, Patty is responsible for developing supplier relationship management and global sourcing strategy, optimizing supply chain process and delivering the cost effective logistics solution. Her leadership in Supply Chain Management is in alignment with AA Metals’ vision to be the largest and most dependable master distributor in North American of quality metal products by delivering competitive solutions for our customers through cost effective supply chain management and long-term vendor partnerships.
Patty has over 25 years of broad operations experience in highly engineered products. These experiences range from operations, plant management, supplier development, commodity management, procurement and supply chain. She enjoys making complex problems simple by building strong, customer focused solutions with robust processes and teams.
Before joining AA Metals, Patty was a SC Director with Eaton Aerospace where she was responsible for the definition and execution of supplier strategies and management of the divisions’ purchases globally as well as coordination and execution of the NPI programs as they related to external suppliers. Prior to that, she was the Chief Procurement Officer for GE Transportation Systems where she managed $2B in annual spend with global suppliers ranging from steel to castings to complex electronic systems.
Patty holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA – both from Gannon University in Erie, PA.
Ni Ni is the Director of Sales for AA Metals Inc. She is responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans in align with the company’s vision in continuous revenue growth .
Ni always responds positively to changes and enjoys solving problems. Before leading the Sales Department, Ni was the Supply Chain Manager with specialization in procurement, logistics, and customs clearances.
Ni holds an undergraduate degree with double majors in Accounting & Technology Management, as well as an MBA and a master degree in Supply Chain Management – all from Indiana University Bloomington..
